REPORT OF AEP

1. A session was conducted for boys and girls separately regarding understanding and challenging stereotypes and discrimination  in the CCA period under the guidance of Mrs Shalini Upadhaya, Miss Shalini Nigam, Mr. R.B. Mina & Mr. K S Negi.

2. The objective was to develop an understanding of the concept of gender and stereotypes related to it. Two case studies were given to the students.  They actively participated in it.  The students were suggested that sex is biologically determined but gender in influenced by the interaction of biological, psychological, social, cultural and historical factors. Qualities like bravery, shyness, weak and strong are not a male or female. Qualities don not have gender.
